The Rural AirBNB, a.k.a., Cigar Haven

4 May2018 Woke earlier than planned.  Jon rode off to start the process of a new custom seat at 0730.  Jeff and I had an enjoyable morning cigar, and then headed out to the Liquor Barn where we stocked up on some whiskey from an overwhelming selection.  I tried to kill us maneuvering through Redding traffic to the Safeway where we picked up some carrots for the horse.   Afterward I chose a “thrill ride” on Tom the GPS to get back to the hacienda, taking us on a 54 mile route through rural Redding countryside.  We were joined by Jon for an afternoon cigar.  We polished off some delicious Central American stogies and then rode back to Russels seats to pick up the finished product on Jon’s F6B Goldwing.  We decided on the Cattleman Steakhouse to initiate my diet, enjoying steaks and salad.  Back to the AirBNB manufactured home for more cigars, scotch and carrots for the Arab that kept guard in the adjacent pasture.  We finally finished the day with some great stories and libations.
